  2. CANCELLATION POLICY
    1. Customers can cancel their order at any point unless the order has already been dispatched, in which case, please refer to the refund policy.
    2. For online purchases, a refund will be given via the customer credit card. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund to go into your account. Any items paid for by cash or credit card machine on delivery will be refunded with store credit.

    1. If you have any questions about nutrition, your delivery, or our services, you can call our team on 800 DELIGHT or email us on customercare@petsdelight.com. We are available 7:30am-10pm Saturday-Thursday, and 10am-10pm on Fridays.
  4. DELIVERY POLICY
    1. Orders above AED 100 will receive free delivery. For orders below AED100 an AED20 delivery fee will apply.
    2. Customers can select in-store pick up, and pick up their item from any of our shops the next day.
    3. We do not currently ship overseas,however you can purchase goods from Pet’s Delight and arrange for your own courier.
    4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

       We deliver same or next day in Dubai and Sharjah Saturday - Thursday from 10am-8pm 
       We deliver Saturday - Thursday between 12pm-5pm in Abu Dhabi
       We deliver to Al Ain on Mondays between 12pm-5pm
       We deliver to Ajman on Tuesdays 12pm-5pm
       We deliver to Ras Al Khaimah on Tuesdays 12-5pm
       We deliver to Umm Al Quwain on Tuesdays 12pm-5pm
       We deliver to Fujairah on Wednesdays 12pm-5pm
  5. PAYMENT POLICY
    1. We offer the following forms of payment:
      1. Online Payment - Debit/Credit Card (We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards)
      2. Cash On Delivery (AED/Dirhams ONLY)
      3. Card on Delivery (We accept VISA and MasterCard)
    2. All payments should be made in AED(Dirhams). In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Pet’s Delight holds the right to cancel or reschedule delivery of a customer order.
  6. OFFERS & PROMOTION
    1. We always have offers and promotions live in the Offers section of our Pet’s Delight website. We also regularly run discount codes.
    2. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
    3. Pet’s Delight is part of the Emirates Group Staff Platinum Card program. Offers are given in accordance with the program T&C’s. The discount code must be entered at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. The original card must be shown at the time of delivery.
  7. RETURN POLICY
    1. If you wish to return an item please contact us on 800 DELIGHT or customercare@petsdelight.com.
    2. We will refund or exchange items that have been incorrectly purchased within 7 days of the purchase with proof of payment. Products must be presented to us before we can move forward with the return policy.
    3. We don’t accept returns of items that are altered from the time of their original purchased, used, or bought on sale.
    4. Pet’s Delight is able to refuse returned items if the product has been used or tampered with.
    5. All refunds will be given with credit to be spent at Pet’s Delight.
  8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR SAMPLES:
    1. Only available to customers with an online account.
    2. Two samples per order.
    3. Cannot order the same sample more than once.
    4. Only available when spending over AED 200.
    5. Scroll down in your cart to view the samples.

  9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOYALTY PROGRAM ONLINE/IN-STORE:
    1. The Pet's Delight Loyalty Program allows customers to earn points online and in-store.
    2. To earn points online, the customer must have an account and be logged in when they make a purchase.
    3. To earn points in-store, customers must provide their full name, email address, and telephone number to shop staff.
    4. Points cannot be transferred from one account to another account.
    5. Points can still be earned for customers using Emirates Platinum Card, however, when claiming points customers are not able to get the Emirates discount.
    6. Customers cannot use their points to purchase discounted items or in conjunction with any other offer.
    7. Currently, points can only be redeemed in-store, soon points will be redeemable online.
    8. Petsdelight.com reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason.

     20% discount is applicable on 8 grooming sessions within 12 months.
