- The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
- Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
- PET'S DELIGHT APP COUPON CODE
- Only redeemable once.
- It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Not redeemable on selected items/brands like equestrian and Taste of the Wild.
- Valid until April 30, 2020.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Customers can cancel their order within 24-48 hours or at any point unless the order has already been dispatched, in which case, please refer to the refund policy.
- For online purchases, a refund will be given via the customer credit card. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund to go into your account. Any items paid for by cash or credit card machine on delivery will be refunded with store credit.

- If you have any questions about nutrition, your delivery, or our services, you can call our team on 800 DELIGHT or email us on email@example.com. We are available 7:30am-10pm Saturday-Thursday, and 10am-10pm on Fridays.
- DELIVERY POLICY
- Orders above AED 100 will receive free delivery. For orders below AED100 an AED20 delivery fee will apply.
- Customers can select in-store pick up, and pick up their item from any of our shops the next day.
- We do not currently ship overseas,however, you can purchase goods from Pet’s Delight and arrange for your own courier.
- DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We deliver same or next day in Dubai Saturday - Thursday from 10am-6pm
We deliver Saturday - Thursday between 12pm-5pm in Abu Dhabi
We deliver to Al Ain on Mondays between 12pm-5pm
We deliver to Ajman on Tuesdays 12pm-5pm
We deliver to Ras Al Khaimah on Tuesdays 12-5pm
We deliver to Umm Al Quwain on Tuesdays 12pm-5pm
We deliver to Fujairah on Wednesdays 12pm-5pm
We deliver to Sharjah on Tuesday 12pm-5pm in Sharjah
- PAYMENT POLICY
- We offer the following forms of payment:
- Online Payment - Debit/Credit Card (We accept VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards)
- Cash On Delivery (AED/Dirhams ONLY)
- Card on Delivery (We accept VISA and MasterCard)
- All payments should be made in AED(Dirhams). In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Pet’s Delight holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of a customer order.
- We offer the following forms of payment:
- OFFERS & PROMOTION
- We always have offers and promotions live in the Offers section of our Pet’s Delight website. We also regularly run discount codes.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Pet’s Delight is part of the Emirates Group Staff Platinum Card program. Offers are given in accordance with the program T&C’s. The discount code must be entered at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. The original card must be shown at the time of delivery. (We will not honor the expired cards).
- RETURN POLICY
- If you wish to return an item please contact us on 800 DELIGHT or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will refund or exchange items that have been incorrectly purchased within 7 days of the purchase with proof of payment. Products must be presented to us before we can move forward with the return policy.
- We don’t accept returns of items that are altered from the time of their original purchased, used, or bought on sale. And also we are not accepting ID Tags that already engraved.
- Pet’s Delight is able to refuse returned items if the product has been used or tampered with.
- All refunds will be given with credit to be spent at Pet’s Delight.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- CREDIT NOTE
- Credit notes created by Pet’s Delight Online and Shops are valid for a total of 60 days from the date of issue.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR SAMPLES:
- Only available to customers with an online account.
- Two samples per order.
- Cannot order the same sample more than once.
- Only available when spending over AED 200.
