    2. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.
    3. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
    4. Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
    5. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
    6. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
    1. Customers can cancel their order within 24-48 hours or at any point unless the order has already been dispatched, in which case, please refer to the refund policy.
    2. For online purchases, a refund will be given via the customer credit/debit card. Please allow for up to 21 days for the refund to go into your account. Any items paid for by cash or credit card machine on delivery will be refunded with store credit.

    1. Orders above AED 100 will receive free delivery. For orders below AED100 an AED20 delivery fee will apply.
    2. Customers can select in-store pick up, and pick up their item from any of our shops the next day.
    3. We do not currently ship overseas, however, you can purchase goods from Pet’s Delight and arrange for your own courier.

      We deliver same or next day to Dubai Monday - Saturday from 10am-6pm 
      We deliver to Abu Dhabi Monday - Saturday between 12pm-5pm
      We deliver to Al Ain on Monday between 12pm-5pm
      We deliver to Fujairah on Thursday 12pm-5pm
      We deliver to Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Sharjah on Friday 12pm-5pm

    5. ​The customer bears responsibility for the condition of their order if a request was recieved to deliver and leave their package in a specific location. After a non-direct delivery is completed, Pet's Delight is no longer viable for the condition of the order.

      2. Cash On Delivery (AED/Dirhams ONLY)
      3. Card on Delivery (We accept VISA and MasterCard)
    2. All payments should be made in AED(Dirhams). In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Pet’s Delight holds the right to cancel or reschedule the delivery of a customer order.
    3. Orders placed for advanced delivery, only online payments are accepted to secure and hold the items until the dispatch delivery date. Cash on delivery is not accepted for orders exceeding a 1 week advanced delivery date.
    1. We always have offers and promotions live in the Offers section of our Pet’s Delight website. We also regularly run discount codes.
    2. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid in equestrian items.
    3. Pet’s Delight is part of the Emirates Group Staff Platinum Card program. Offers are given in accordance with the program T&C’s. The discount code must be entered at the point of sale and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. The original card must be shown at the time of delivery. (We will not honor the expired cards).

    2. We will refund or exchange items that have been incorrectly purchased within 14 days of the purchase with proof of payment. Products must be presented to us before we can move forward with the return policy.
    3. We don’t accept returns of items that are altered from the time of their original purchase, used, or bought on sale. And also we are not accepting ID Tags that are already engraved.
    4. Pet’s Delight is able to refuse returned items if the product has been used or tampered with.
    5. All refunds will be given with credit to be spent at Pet’s Delight.

    1. No dog or cat toy is completely indestructible. Stuffed toys are made for cuddles not chewing, interactive toys require a little supervision, and your pet shouldn’t be left alone with balls that could potentially be swallowed. We advise owners to choose the right type and size of toy for your pet.
    2. Please note that toys that have been damaged can’t be exchanged or returned.
