For every Dirham spent in-store, online or app, you will earn 1 point on your account. You can choose to SPEND or SAVE your points.

The rewards:

  • 500 points = 15 dirhams off your order
  • 1,000 points = 40 dirhams off your order
  • 2,000 points = 100 dirhams off your order
  • 5,000 points = 500 dirhams off your order

Pet's Delight Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions:
  • The Pet's Delight Loyalty Programme allows customers to earn points online, in-store, and on the mobile app. 
  • To earn points online, customers must have an account and be logged in when they make a purchase.
  • To earn points in-store, customers must provide their full name, email address, and telephone number to shop staff. The customer listed as the account holder are required to be present at the time of transaction to redeem, or add points through any payment made in store. In the event that the account holder is not present, no changes to the Loyalty account will be authorised. 
  • Points cannot be transferred from one account to another account.
  • Customers can redeem their points to purchase discounted items. 
  • Pet's Delight  reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason.
  • Customers with missing details cannot claim or redeem points.
  • Customers cannot earn points while purchasing discounted items or using any discount codes, including Emirates Platinum Card Discount. Points can only be earned on full-priced products. 
  • Points cannot be redeemed partially. Loyalty Members can only redeem points in one single transaction.
  • Pet’s Delight assumes no liability or responsibility for points redeemed by any person(s) prior to a notification to the Company’s Customer Service Centre that the Membership Number has been compromised. Any points redeemed prior to notification shall be at the Member’s risk.
  • Pet’s Delight in its sole discretion can, restrict, suspend, amend or otherwise alter the Programme Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Programme Terms have been updated, Pet’s Delight will post the new Programme Terms on the Pet’s Delight website and note the date that they were last updated, and no change will be effective until such change has been posted for at least seven (7) days. We encourage Members to review the Program Terms each time they use the Programme.
  • If Pet’s Delight determines that a Programme Member has abused any of the Programme’s privileges, fails to comply with any of the Programme Terms Pet's Delight may, in its sole discretion, take such actions as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s privileges under the Programme, revoking any or all of the points in such Programme Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Programme Member’s membership in the Programme, in each case, with or without advance notice to the Member and without liability to the Company.
  • Points will not be awarded if in the Company’s reasonable opinion, the merchandise purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any points awarded on such purchases will be forfeited. If a member was awarded points for an offer or promotion in which a member purchased product(s) in excess of reasonable quantities, the points awarded as a result of that offer or promotion may be forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be suspended or closed.
  • By using the Pet's Delight Loyalty Programme, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    1. How do I sign up?
      1. You can sign up in any Pet’s Delight store by providing your details to our shop staff, or by creating an account online.
    2. How can I link my shop account to my online account?
      1. Your shop account and online account are linked via your email address. First, find out what email address is linked to your shop account. After that, you can create an account online using that email address and your points will be linked automatically.
      2. You can send an email to info@petsdelight.com, call us on (+971) 527056290, or visit one of our 9 shops to know what email address is linked to your account or if you need any help with linking your existing accounts.
    3. Where can I earn and redeem points?
      1. You can earn and redeem points on all transactions in Pet’s Delight stores and online. To find a Pet’s Delight store near you, click here.
    4. Can I earn points if I place an order through a guest account?
      1. No. If you place an order as a guest you will not be able to earn points, you must be logged in to your account to earn and redeem points.
      2. Make sure on your every transaction, you're placing your order through your account so you can earn points on your every purchase online.
    5. How do I redeem points?
      1. When shopping online, if you have enough points to redeem (500+) then they will show in your shopping cart and at the checkout, there a box will appear and you can choose to redeem your points on your order. (500: AED 15, 1000: AED 40, 2000: AED 100, 5000: AED 500)
      2. Always double check if the amount of the rewards is applied before checking out.
      3. In the shop, you will be prompted regarding your loyalty account by our shop staff.
    6. How long it will take to reflect the points in my account?
      1. Once you've shopped in-store or online, your points will be reflected in your account within 48 hours.
    7. Can I redeem my points and use a discount code for the same purchase?
      1. No. you can only use one discount per order - you can either redeem points or use a discount code.
    8. If I want to redeem 5000 points, can I redeem half in one purchase and the other half next time?
      1. Points cannot be redeemed partially. Loyalty Members can only redeem points in one single transaction.
    9. What will happen to my points in the case that I return/exchange the order/item?
      1. Points cannot be returned to your account once you have spent them. If you use your points for purchase and would like to return the item, you can receive the same discount off an alternative item in exchange.
