How do I start a subscription?
Pet's Delight Subscribe & Save is an easy way to get repeated deliveries and save on every order. Never worry about your supplies running out!
1. Choose from eligible products
2. Select the size, quantity, and time that works for you, from weekly to monthly, and add to the cart
3. Check out and we will create your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Go to your subscriptions and simply click the pause button. Then resume when you want to restart your deliveries.
How do I change my subscription products?
When we send you a reminder email 48 hours before your subscription delivery is due, you can choose to add products as a one off to this order. If you want to subscribe to more items, we suggest deleting your original subscription, and starting a new one with all of the items you want to subscribe to - you will then receive them all on the same day.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the subscription section of your account and clicking cancel.
How do I update my address?
Your subscription will automatically go to the address saved as your default shipping address in your account. Simply update your default shipping address 48 hours before your delivery is due.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. If the item you have subscribed to is over AED 100 delivery will be free. If the subscribed item is below AED 100, a shipping charge of AED 20 will be applied.
Can I apply a discount code on the subscription item?
Promo codes cannot be applied to ‘Subscribe & Save’ eligible items.
Can I redeem loyalty points on my subscription?
Loyalty points can be earned but cannot be redeemed on ‘Subscribe & Save’ eligible items.
